Included on Standard and Professional
The two published tiers include the same product; only the facility count differs.
- Receiving by mark, SKU or heat/lot number, with packing lists that will not post until every line carries what its cargo profile requires.
- Scanning with a wedge gun or a phone or tablet camera, and printable QR label sheets.
- A storage clock that takes free days and proration from each project’s billing package, priced from a rate card keyed on customer, market, facility and cargo type.
- A hold on an item keeps it from leaving on an exit ticket.
- Numbered exit tickets printed under your product name, and your product name and colors throughout the web app.
- Storage and outbound-handling charges generated from recorded events, approved by a named person, and exported in CSV or Excel under each customer’s invoice number.
- Four reports — customer inventory, warehouse inventory, open exceptions and required-data gaps — on screen and in CSV or Excel.
- Self-service export of your company’s data to Excel or CSV by an administrator.
- A hosted browser app. Administrators sign in with a second factor, and each company’s data is isolated per tenant.
- The in-app help guide, and support through the app’s Send feedback tool, or by email for your designated administrators.
Tower WMS is built for marked cargo. It is not pick-and-pack, parcel, or a TMS.
What counts as a facility
- A facility is a physical site where your cargo is stored, such as a warehouse building or a yard. In Tower WMS, each one is an active entry on the Facilities page.
- If your operation does not fit that description, for example one site with several buildings, we agree how your facilities are counted on your Order Form.
- Users are not counted. Add users as your operation needs them, within fair use.
- Before any cap is enforced, we tell you and talk through an upgrade first. Any record-volume cap is stated on your Order Form.
How billing works
- Billing
- Monthly or annually, invoiced in advance; your Order Form states which. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
- Term
- 12 months, renewing automatically unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before renewal.
- Implementation
- A one-time fee covering onboarding, data migration and training, quoted with your Order Form. It is earned on delivery and non-refundable.
- Commitment
- Fees for a subscription term are non-cancelable and non-refundable, except as your Order Form or the Terms of Service state.
- Taxes
- Prices exclude applicable sales and use taxes.
- Price changes
- Prices on this page may change. For a signed subscription, a change takes effect only at renewal, with at least 60 days’ notice.
How buying works
- Email us. “Get started” opens a message to hello@towerwms.com asking for your company, your name and role, what you store, how many facilities or yards you run, your current system, when you’d like to start, and anything else we should know.
- See it working. If Tower WMS looks like a fit, we walk your receiving-to-release flow with you on fictional data.
- Review the Order Form. It sets out your tier, price, billing frequency, subscription term and implementation fee.
- Sign, then set up. We create your company’s account and its first administrators, and onboarding begins. There is no public sign-up.
Early access
Tower WMS is in early access: a new product, still changing, with no general-availability date set. A subscription starts with a signed Order Form.
